>derelict article take a stroll through the heart of scarborough’s north bay & you will happen across the secret playground of the drunk & disaffected. an article & poster documenting the existence of a once happy & busy place, now more reminiscent of a scene in a mad max movie. i endeavoured to capture the essence of the park which bore more resemblance to a war-zone than a theme park. the framing of the images was paramount to show the site for what it has become. in the article i chose to pick out areas of colour as it seemed the only life left up there, was the rattling of empty beer cans being blown about by the wind.
